All of our forms are available electronically, so you can fill them out at your convenience, and save yourself time when you arrive for your appointment. When you give us a call to schedule your first appointment, we'll send you a personalized link to your MyChart portal, so you can access and fill out your forms.

Fee-For Service Care

We believe that our patients deserve the best care with the best materials. However, insurance doesn’t always cover everything, and often restricts the kind of care that can be provided in the first place. As a fee-for-service practice, we can practice the type of dentistry that you deserve, at a fair price, without restriction. Payments are due at the time of service, but we will assist in submitting claims for reimbursement, should you have insurance benefits you would like to use. If you have questions about insurance, our policies, or anything else at all, give us a call today to speak with one of our friendly team members.

At Holistic Roots Dentistry, first visits are more than just a quick exam and basic cleaning. We believe that the oral cavity is a window to an individual's overall health, which is why we take time to get to know you, the state of your oral health, and your smile goals during a 1 on 1 patient interview with Dr. Schindler. If you have oral health issues, such as inflammation or infection, we want to do more than just treat them: we want to get to the root of the problem. Cleaning

Cleanings are the foundation of a healthy smile. A thorough, gentle cleaning removes built up plaque, tartar, and debris, leaving your smile bright and your mouth feeling refreshed.

Exam

Dr. Schindler will perform a meticulous evaluation of your teeth, gums, oral tissue, bite, airway, and more, and how your oral health is connected to your current state of overall health.

Digital X-rays

Digital X-rays use a fraction of the radiation of traditional X-rays, and allow us to see below the surface of your smile, giving us the ability to see aspects of your oral health that may not be visible to the naked eye.

Health Baseline Report

We compile everything we learn about your oral and overall health, and combine it with salivary testing results to create a complete report of your health, so you always know where you stand.
